I already got the help I need.
It's going to be hard. The title is Wario Brothers vs. Mario&Sonic Team(Sonic&Shadow). While I and my helper(SliderPenguin) are working, we recommend you to see Super Mario Bros. Z(just to catch up our movie story).
Step one:
Make a flash menu with the credits and an intro.
Step two:
Make the storyline.
Step three:
Prepare sprites and soundtracks.
Step four:
Mix everything with Corel Rave 3.0 and Roxio VideoWave 7.
Step five:
Convert everything to Flash(*.swf).
